K-12 Camp/Academy Scholarships

Summer at SLU offers scholarships for select academic K-12 summer camps and academies held at Saint Louis University. Scholarships are available for campers who are interested in a variety of fields but could not otherwise attend our K-12 summer camps or academies due to financial limitations.

Application Process

The Summer at SLU camp/academy scholarship application is now open. Summer at SLU will begin to reward scholarship applications the week of Feb. 9; the scholarship application will close May 1, 2026. 

Scholarships are available only for Summer at SLU academic camps and academies. One scholarship will be awarded per student. 

Follow these steps to complete the scholarship request form: 

  1. Launch the Summer at SLU registration portal. 
  2. Click "Login" on the left side of this page to create your account. For first-time users, click "Create One Here."
  3. The next page will take you to "Create a Guardian Account," which will allow you to list your contact information.
  4. After you fill out your guardian account information, the registration portal will send a PIN to the email address you used to create your account. Follow the instructions in the email to create a username and password.
  5. Once your username and password are created, click on "My Campers" to add your students. This step will prompt you to fill in your students’ general information.
  6. Once you create your camper, click "Missing Forms" (highlighted in red) to complete our health waiver, emergency contacts, liability form, photo release and drop-off/pick-up form. These forms must be completed before paying for registration.

Note: You must be signed into the portal to complete the Scholarship Request Form.

Once the above steps are completed, Summer at SLU will contact you regarding the results of your scholarship award and next steps to secure your registration. 

Summer at SLU will start reviewing scholarship applications the week of Feb. 9; the scholarship application will close on May 1, 2026.
