Nutrition and Dietetics, M.S. and Public Health, M.P.H. Dual Degree

Students must meet the admission requirements and be admitted into both degree programs according to the processes of each of the participating academic units to pursue a dual degree program. 

Individuals may apply to the M.P.H. degree program concurrently with their application to or following their admission to the Doisy College of Health Sciences; however, admission to the dual degree program is contingent upon admission to both the M.P.H. and the M.S. degree programs. Students in this dual degree program will select the Public Health Practice concentration of the M.P.H.

The M.P.H. degree program will allow up to 9 credits at the 5000-level or above in DIET coursework with public health focus to count for the M.P.H.

Continuation Standards

Students must maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 in all graduate/professional courses.
