Nilesh Mohan
Vice-president, supply chain systems, Staples
Nilesh Mohan is a senior supply chain technology executive with leadership experience
across large-scale retail, logistics, and enterprise transformation environments.
His background includes senior roles at Staples, GXO Logistics, AutoNation, and Target,
where he has led supply chain technology, engineering transformation, and large operational
improvement initiatives.
Kapil Dev Bansal
Associate partner, McKinsey
Kapil Dev Bansal is an associate partner at McKinsey and a leader in agentic AI within
the firm’s manufacturing and supply chain practice. His work focuses on helping organizations
navigate digital disruption through traditional AI, generative AI and agentic AI,
with additional experience advising consumer goods companies on strategic and operational
