Rob Boyle

Rob Boyle is a professor of management and a member of the Entrepreneurship Teaching Team at Saint Louis University. His areas of focus include leadership, ethics, and social entrepreneurship. He has published in a variety of books and journals, with research focused on innovation and nonprofit startups, and has co-authored several case studies. Rob is active in the nonprofit and business communities as chair of the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis Board of Directors and as a member of the Bull Moose Tube Company Board of Directors.

Suzy Hartmann

A self-proclaimed “practitioner of transformation,” Suzy Hartmann spent more than a decade in pharmaceutical R&D with Monsanto, Pharmacia and Pfizer. In 2011, after earning her MBA, Suzy transitioned into higher education and joined the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University, first as associate director, then as assistant dean of graduate business programs. She was also head of serum and media sourcing at MilliporeSigma, where she led a global team responsible for sourcing raw materials for enzyme and antibody production. In 2021, Suzy rejoined the Chaifetz School of Business as an adjunct instructor, where she currently teaches management in the PMBA program and leadership in the undergraduate program. A Gallup-certified strengths coach, she is also “chief velocity officer” of her own coaching and consulting company, Elemental Strengths. Suzy is a two-time graduate of Saint Louis University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and an MBA with a focus on management and entrepreneurship. She also holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Brian Wellinghoff

Brian Wellinghoff forged his unique perspective as an integral part of defining and creating Barry Wehmiller’s Truly Human Leadership culture. He directly contributed to multiple chapters in Everybody Matters as well as scholarly research on the BW culture. His quick ascension in the organization led to his selection as one of St. Louis’s “30 Under 30,” becoming the youngest corporate director at Barry Wehmiller at the time. Brian has repeatedly been tapped by CEO Bob Chapman to tackle the organization’s most challenging opportunities, launching Barry Wehmiller University and then Outreach to Universities. He has trained more than 300 professors in aspects of the BW Leadership Curriculum and has spoken at conferences at the Vatican and the United Nations. Beyond Barry Wehmiller, Brian has provided strategic consulting to dozens of businesses, ranging from Martin Engineering (a global producer of mining equipment based in Neponset, Illinois) to Massy Group (a multi-industry Caribbean conglomerate).
